i loved the food at the buffet and japanese restaurant. it was good. the beach is wonderful!!! pools were very clean and there were plenty of chairs.
there was some pressure to sit through a timeshare presentation, which i did not appreciate. no reservations were available at other restaurants. this was disappointing.

the beach was amazing!!!
i was disappointed because i found that i couldn't trust the people i spoke to about activities. they didn't honor my purchases, even with their "piece of paper". they refunded what their employee sold me, but it was still a hassle.

the staff was friendly. the gardens were beautiful and very well maintained. the beach was clean, and it had no seaweed. lunch in the premium area offered excellent taste and variety.
queues were long to get into the buffet. steps into the main swimming pool were too deep for proper use. the room cleaners did not automatically change sheets. food at dinner was mediocre.

I went to this hotel. the floor tiles in the shower were broken! every time i took a shower all the floor got wet. cleanliness of the room was not very good. The air conditioning was not very good, TOO. Restaurant reservations for non premiums were almost impossible to get!
