The resort offered easy beach access, a significant plus. I appreciated the wide range of food at the buffet. The variety was definitely a highlight. It was also convenient to get beach towels whenever I needed them. The gym and games room located under block 14 were a great addition for recreation.

The room included a balcony. It was nice to have outdoor space. A well-appointed bathroom featured adequate space for toiletries and personal items. The room itself was generally super clean and cozy. The air conditioning worked effectively.

The resort has several pools. They offered a refreshing escape. The beach area had plenty of loungers. I saw organized activities for both adults and children, offering diverse entertainment options. The grounds looked well kept throughout the stay.

The Ocean buffet presented a diverse selection of dishes. It catered to various tastes. On The Grill dinner offered very good food. Desserts at the Ocean buffet stood out. The restaurants provided a range of flavors.

The staff was generally friendly and helpful. Quick responses were provided for room requests. Service requests were addressed promptly. I had the impression that staff aimed to ensure guest satisfaction. They were attentive.

i loved the food at the buffet and japanese restaurant. it was good. the beach is wonderful!!! pools were very clean and there were plenty of chairs.
there was some pressure to sit through a timeshare presentation, which i did not appreciate. no reservations were available at other restaurants. this was disappointing.

the beach was amazing!!!
i was disappointed because i found that i couldn't trust the people i spoke to about activities. they didn't honor my purchases, even with their "piece of paper". they refunded what their employee sold me, but it was still a hassle.

the staff was friendly. the gardens were beautiful and very well maintained. the beach was clean, and it had no seaweed. lunch in the premium area offered excellent taste and variety.
queues were long to get into the buffet. steps into the main swimming pool were too deep for proper use. the room cleaners did not automatically change sheets. food at dinner was mediocre.

I went to this hotel. the floor tiles in the shower were broken! every time i took a shower all the floor got wet. cleanliness of the room was not very good. The air conditioning was not very good, TOO. Restaurant reservations for non premiums were almost impossible to get!
